Intake Coordinators are responsible for ensuring timely scheduling of evaluation and treatment services within their respective areas of responsibility, assuring appropriate processing of insurance (where applicable), demographic patient information and patient satisfaction. The CFS Intake Coordinator is responsible for all Child Evaluation Clinic (CEC) Services and all medically based therapy services. The Early Intervention (EI) Intake Coordinator is responsible for all initial EI evaluations, annual BDIs and exit BDIs and assists with intervention services. The Medical Clinic Intake Coordinator is responsible for all initial and follow up appointments in Medical Clinic and for coordinating additional evaluations, services or testing that have been recommended.

Previous experience with children and families in acute, outpatient or Early Intervention settings preferred. Experience with scheduling and insurance verificatiouthorization also preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Experience with scheduling software preferred. As applicable to background
