This position is responsible for direct supervision of staff therapists, therapy assistants, and support personnel. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the incumbent is also responsible for occupational therapy evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, documentation and patient/family education. Other responsibilities include orientation and on the job training of staff; development, monitoring and modification of programs; and other professional and administrative duties as assigned. The individual also participates in departmental/facility initiatives. 4 years experience preferred. Demonstrated ability and interest in supervision and management Graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy program or equivalent Not Applicable Must maintain a current New Jersey OT license.

 Additional Information

Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
