Position Summary: As a member of an interdisciplinary team, this position is responsible for physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, documentation and patient/family education. The incumbent also performs other professional duties and participates in department/facility initiatives as assigned. Additionally, Physical Therapists are responsible for practicing with integrity and autonomy in accordance with practice act/standards, code of ethics and regulatory bodies and are responsible for identifying and effectively addressing situations outside of these guidelines.
Work Experience: Experience preferred, entry level acceptable.
Education: Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent.
Technical/Equipment: N/A
Licensure/Certification/Special Skills: Must maintain a current New Jersey PT license; Maintain active CPR certification or required upon completion of probationary period.

 Additional Information

Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
